Just placed an order - for an i4 edrive40
it turns out dealer allocation is very poor at the moment - phone around!
Also we have two software-enabled-later options:
9QY prep for active cruise (car has radar etc but BMW expect people to pay to enable!)
9QX prep for high-beam assistant (car has hardware even without laser-lights but again its a post-delivery add-on purchase!)
our spec: White, 18", tow hook, comfort pack, inductive phone charger, aluminium interior trim, cloth/sensatec (oh and no blue outside trim)
"expected" Dec 2022
we hope!
ordered i4-edrive 40 Sport
Picked it up! first bit of info my edrive40 arrived with
hankook ventus S1 evo 3 tyres...
blanked off driver side sorage compartment
very happy with comfort pack - easy door entry !
Given the lack of info on what an e40 actually has included - feel free to ask me
For example the "parking assistant" which retraces your forward slow drive backwards is standard!

I’ve just 2 weeks ago taken delivery of a 22 plate used demo from my dealer. Instead if the possible 12plus month wait I just had to wait 4 months as the dealer had to keep the car for 6 months. However after months they took the car off the road and stored it to keep the mileage down. Therefore I have a low mileage Brooklin Gray i4 with loads of extras including comfort plus technology plus laser lights and m sport plus. Too say I’m delighted with the car is an understatement it’s brilliant

I ordered mine in Dec last year. Dealer advised me that it has arrived in the UK but no idea when it will arrive in dealership. Anybody know how to track further?
